Since 2010, we have been supporting companies in creating the conditions for digital growth and implementing changes. Founded by Marc Brockmann and Sascha Büchner, today we combine experience in innovation, technology, project management, and organizational change.

Marc Brockmann and Sascha Büchner lead the consultancy as managing partners. Their focus areas combine entrepreneurial development with the design of organization and IT.
Marc Brockmann
Managing Partner · Graduate Social Economist
Marc Brockmann focuses on the design and further development of enterprise architectures and the introduction of new IT solutions. His key areas include project management, information management, IT transformation, and the digitalization of processes. In doing so, he connects questions of corporate structure with system requirements and their implementation.
Sascha Büchner
Managing Partner · Graduate in Business Administration
For many years, Sascha Büchner has supported companies, particularly in demanding strategy, transformation, and implementation projects within complex, regulated, and safety-critical environments. A special focus lies on the rail and infrastructure sector in Europe. Since 2023, he has also been a Board Member in the international consulting network of nextcontinent.
Marc Brockmann and Sascha Büchner have known each other since their school days. For their studies, they took different paths: social economics and business administration. Both gained experience in consulting projects during this time. In 2010, they jointly founded Brockmann & Büchner.
The initial professional focus was on innovation management. In the first few years, the founders primarily collaborated with external specialists. From 2016, they began building their own team. With growing projects, new team structures were established between 2021 and 2024; in 2025, the company moved into its own office premises.
Today, Brockmann & Büchner combines six services with which they support companies from clarifying a problem to its implementation.
